His expertise covers digital transformation, audience growth, revenue models, and the use of new tools like Artificial Intelligence in journalism.

Beyond industry work, Chris has developed and delivered training modules for Community Media Support Services, facilitated workshops across South Africa, and supported publishers through interactive online sessions.
